This is my Story

Growing up, I was always ambitious- taking on too many activities and hobbies that would exhaust most people. As an adult, I have found that a variety of work and activities keep me energized and prevent monotony in my schedule. So, becoming a board certified, state licensed speech-language pathologist providing evaluations and therapy to clients wasn’t enough. Learning administrative tasks and insurance authorizations and billing kept me busy for a while but it wasn’t enough. After incorporating a private practice for speech therapy and augmentative communication device users, I started to feel like I was finally contributing more to my community.  

Within a couple years as sole owner of that practice, I was struggling to feel like I was doing enough again, and I had a vision and a renewed sense of urgency to develop educational and consultation-based services for clients who needed a different level of support and for my fellow SLPs who want to start and grow private practices. I decided it was time to break free from my fears and step into the person I was always meant to be — a confident and free leader living the life I’ve always imagined.  

Now I’ve turned my life experiences and transformation into educational content, support, and accountability for those who can benefit greatly from a positive-minded, empathetic, detail-oriented, experienced mother, speech-pathologist, and mentor. I plan to continue to develop programs and systems that anyone can use to unlock their potential and start enjoying life like never before following their true purpose.
